Checking In & Checking Out

Check-in is 4:00 P.M. and check-out is no later than 10:00 A.M.
Your arrival package will be sent to you in advance of your vacation by mail and electronically.  All the necessary information about your vacation home will be included in the package. 

If schedules permit, someone will arrange to meet you at the home for a brief introduction to the property or will contact you during your stay.

Although we make every attempt to have your unit ready by 4:00 P.M. please realize that occasionally during busy times there may be delays which are out of our control. No refunds will be given due to delays that are out of our control.

Please be on-time for check-out as we may have guests checking in to your home on the same day.  There may be an additional fee as well as possible removal of belongings for units not vacated by 10 A.M..
